Enhancing Access to Clean Energy Finance for MSMEs in the Philippines

This in person stakeholder dialogue is part of a series of workshops under the OECD CEFIM project with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on “Enhancing Access to Clean Energy Finance for MSMEs in the Philippines”. The project aims to strengthen the ecosystem for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to access clean energy finance through market research, regulatory analysis and targeted capacity building. The workshop is jointly organised by BSP and the OECD Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme. Building on the earlier BSP–OECD virtual workshop, OECD survey work and stakeholder consultations conducted under the project, the workshop will convene stakeholders from government, the financial sector and the market to agree priority actions and feasible delivery mechanisms to scale clean energy financing for MSMEs in the Philippines.
