This workshop discusses how digital tools can improve job matching and career advice, with a focus on supporting vulnerable jobseekers such as the long-term unemployed, migrants, and people with disabilities. It brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share new evidence and country experiences on how these tools can be used effectively, as well as the existing challenges in reaching those most in need.
