The workshop aims to facilitate a mutual exchange on good practices on the integration of IT systems and data exchange to support 1) comprehensive service provision across different service providers for the most vulnerable groups and 2) identification of people in need of support and reach out to them pro-actively. By involving experts from several EU countries in the discussion, the workshop will provide valuable insights on possibilities to improve service provision in Lithuania.
This workshop is organised in cooperation with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG Reform) and the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of Lithuania.
