In late 2024, the OECD surveyed over 5 000 Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom. By providing comparable and representative data for each country, the survey is suitable for analysing the labour market impacts of generative AI and for generating insights to inform policy to close digital and skill divides between companies of different sizes.
