Latin American Economic Outlook 2025 Promoting and financing production transformation will be published at 10:00 a.m. CET.
The annual regional flagship publication is produced by the OECD Development Centre, the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), and the European Commission. Each edition analyses the region’s socioeconomic situation and its development opportunities.
OECD Integrity Review of Brazil 2025 will be published at 12:00 p.m. CET.
The OECD Integrity Review of Brazil 2025 examines the country’s recent efforts to improve its public integrity framework and provides recommendations for further progress in line with the OECD Recommendation of the Council on Public Integrity.
The report will also be available in Portuguese: Revisão de Integridade da OCDE sobre o Brasil 2025.
Separately, the OECD Ministerial Summit on Governance will take place the following week. This high-level event will include selected sessions and related activities available online and open to the media. Further details are provided below.

III OECD Ministerial Summit on Governance. Building trust: Integrity, quality infrastructure and public services optimised with AI. Asunción, Paraguay
The Summit advances the 2018 Action Plan on Integrity for Good Governance, focusing on restoring trust, infrastructure governance and digital transformation. These efforts support the LAC Regional Programme on Governance to strengthen integrity, improve services, and rebuild citizen trust, which remains low at 36% in 2022.
The Summit will open at 09:00 a.m. Paraguay time with remarks from Carlos Fernández Valdovinos Minister of Economy and Finance of Paraguay, Anabel Gonzalez, Vice President for Countries and Regional Integration of the IDB, Mathias Cormann, Secretary General of the OECD, and Santiago Peña, President of Paraguay. Later in the day, Secretary General Cormann will also preside over the Ceremony of Change of Co-Chairmanship of the LACRP.

This report presents the main findings of the OECD Trust Survey in LAC, illustrating levels of trust in different public institutions and the drivers of citizen trust. The survey, conducted in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru in 2023 and 2025, represents the first regional exercise under the OECD Global Trust Survey Project.
