The 2025 edition of the OECD’s annual Education at a Glance will be published at 09:00 CEST/Paris time (07:00 GMT) on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
Education at a Glance is the leading international compendium of comparable national statistics measuring the state of education worldwide. It analyses all levels of education and provides data on topics such as attainment, enrolment, finance and the organisation of education systems. This year’s edition puts a special focus on tertiary education.
The report analyses the education systems of the OECD’s 38 member countries, as well as of Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, India, Indonesia, Peru, Romania, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann will present the report’s findings in a virtual launch event, together with OECD Director for Education and Skills, Andreas Schleicher, and Italy’s Minister for Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, the same day at 09:00 CEST. The event will be in English, with French interpretation.
Journalists can register in advance to participate via Zoom. Once registered, you will receive an email with a Zoom link to connect.
The presentation will also be webcast live, without registration.
