The findings of the fourth OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) will be published at 00:01 a.m. Paris time (22:01 p.m. GMT) on Tuesday 7 October 2025.
TALIS is the largest international survey of teachers and involved over 280 000 teachers and school leaders at 17 000 lower secondary schools across 54 education systems (country list below). The report highlights teachers’ experiences in the classroom, information about their working conditions and professional development, and examines themes including AI in education and increasingly diverse student populations.
