The OECD will release its annual Employment Outlook report on Wednesday 9 July at 11:00 CEST / 09:00 GMT. The report presents the latest data and analysis of the employment situation in OECD countries. This year’s edition also includes new analysis of the impact that declining fertility and increasing life expectancy across the OECD will have on economic growth and employment.
OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann will give a video address and then OECD Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Stefano Scarpetta will present the report’s key messages and take questions at a press conference at the OECD starting at 11:00 CEST / 09:00 GMT on Wednesday 9 July. The event will take place in English, with French interpretation, and be open to media.
