The main objective of the Forum is to foster an open inclusive dialogue between Policy makers, and Civil Society in the broadest sense.

Forum 2008, the ninth such event, attracted more than 1600 participants and its debate provided input into the Annual Ministerial meeting immediately afterwards.

Speakers include leading public figures, business leaders, trade union leaders, civil society personalities and journalists.
