The OECD Economic Outlook provides analysis and forecasts of major short-term global economic trends including for GDP growth, inflation and labour market developments across member and selected partner countries. In conjunction with its 3 June 2026 release, the OECD Economics Department will host two live online discussions offering insights specific to the regions of Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam): OECD experts present an in-depth analysis of the OECD Economic Outlook with a focus on Southeast Asia. The session will begin with the global economic outlook, then turn to individual forecasts for five countries in the region, including an assessment of the economic implications of rising energy costs.
