Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, in London on 12 May 2016

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in London on 12 May 2016 to attend the Anti-Corruption Summit, hosted by Prime Minister David Cameron.

 

The Secretary-General met with several leaders attending the event and distributed a publication on the OECD's work in this field: “Putting an End to Corruption”.

 

Mr. Gurría also delivered short remarks at Session 1 on Exposing Corruption and at the Focus Session on Sport.

 

While in London, the Secretary-General also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Raffaele Cantone, President, Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).
