2021 OECD東京センター バーチャルキャリアセミナー

経済協力開発機構（OECD）は、より良い生活のためにより良い政策を構築することを目的とした、38カ国の加盟国からなる国際機関です。私たちの使命は、世界中の人々の経済的・社会的な幸福を向上させる政策を推進することです。政府、政策立案者、市民とともに、エビデンスに基づく国際基準を確立し、社会、経済、環境に関するさまざまな課題の解決に取り組んでいます。経済パフォーマンスの向上や雇用の創出から、健全な教育の育成や国際的な課税逃れ対策まで、データや分析、経験の交換、ベスト・プラクティスの共有、公共政策や国際的な基準設定に関する助言など、ユニークな対話の場や知識ハブを提供しています。

OECD東京センターは、OECD日本政府代表部との共催で、学生と中堅キャリアの方々それぞれを対象とした2つのバーチャルキャリアセミナーを開催しました。

  1.Career Opportunity Presentation for University Students

本セッションは、OECD東京センター、OECD本部（パリ）でのインターンシップや、ヤング・アソシエイト・プログラム（YAP）に興味のある、日本および海外で学ぶ日本国籍の大学生（学部生・大学院生）を対象としました。

 2. Career Opportunity Presentation for early/mid-career Japanese nationals

本セッションは、OECDのポジションへ応募することに関心のある、実務経験のある方および大学院卒業（予定）の方で日本国籍をお持ちの方を対象としました。本セッションでは、応募段階から面接まで、OECDの選考プロセスに焦点を当てました。また、ジュニア・プロフェッショナル・オフィサー（JPO）の応募プロセスについてもご案内しました。（セッションは英語と日本語で行われました。）

2. Career Opportunity Presentation for early/mid-career Japanese nationals

This session was for Japanese nationals in Japan and abroad with some work experience as well as (expected) post-graduate degree interested in applying for the OECD positions. The session focused on the OECD selection process from the application stage to the panel interview. We also informed you of the Junior Professional Officer (JPO) application process. (The session was conducted in English and Japanese.)
