Notes:

 

  • the following jurisdictions reported not being involved in any MAP cases in 2019: 

    Andorra, Angola, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belize, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Virgin Islands, Brunei Darussalam, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Curaçao, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey (Bailiwick of), Jordan, Liberia, Macau, China, Monaco, Mongolia, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Senegal, Seychelles, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.
  • the following jurisdictions were members of the inclusive framework in 2019 but have not yet submitted their 2019 MAP statistics:
