Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Lisbon, Portugal on an official visit on 8 July 2014.

While in Lisbon, the Secretary-General had meetings with Mr. Aníbal Cavaco Silva, President of Portugal, Mr. Pedro Passos Coelho, Prime Minister of Portugal and Mr. Carlos Costa, Governor of the Banco de Portugal, as well as several Ministers and high level officials of Portugal.

Mr. Angel Gurría also presented the OECD Better Policies Series publication “Portugal: Deepening Structural Reform to Support growth and Competitiveness” (also available in Portuguese).
