02/09/2022 - The OECD will release its annual Employment Outlook report on Friday 9 September at 13:00 CEST. The report presents the latest data and analysis of the impact on employment of the COVID-19 crisis and Russia’s unjustified war of aggression against Ukraine.
OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann will present the report’s key messages and take questions at a press conference with OECD Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Stefano Scarpetta starting at 13:00 CEST/11:00 GMT on Friday 9 September. The event will take place in English, with French interpretation, and be open to press. Register to attend the press conference in person.
Journalists unable to attend can register in advance to participate in the press conference via Zoom. Once registered, you will receive an email with a Zoom link to connect.
The presentation will also be webcast live, without registration.
Journalists registering for the event will receive the report under embargo prior to release. Additional requests for the report under embargo should be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. Embargoed copies of the report will be sent out the day before the launch.
