The LEED Forum is the OECD’s network of practitioners in the fields of economic development, employment, skills and social inclusion. Created in 2004 by the OECD  Local Economic and Employment Development Programme, the Forum groups partners from national government, local authorities, employment and training agencies, businesses and NGOs.

The Forum counts over 3500 members in 65 countries.
