The OECD, through its Strategy on Development, is working to give more clarity to the concept of PCD; improve understanding of its relevance for all countries; develop tools to measure progress; and provide opportunities for a more inclusive dialogue with developing countries and key stakeholders. As part of this initiative, the OECD is fostering a more focused, issues-based approach to policy coherence for development, and highlighting ways in which policy coherence can contribute to a post-2015 agenda.
