Implementation of recommendations to improve regulations in the State of Puebla

The OECD will work with the State of Puebla on the implementation of the recommendations presented in the Review of Regulatory Performance in the State of Puebla.

 

The recommendations include:

  • The creation of a Regulatory Improvement Unit
  • Strengthening the participation of the private sector and citizens in the State Council for Regulatory Improvement
  • Developing and implementing an impact assessment system for all regulatory projects and include a formal process for public consultation
  • Broadening the administrative simplification strategy and expanding the scope of the TramitaPue portal.

 

The letter of agreement was signed by the Minister of Finance and Administration of the State of Puebla, Raúl Sánchez Kobashi and the Vice-minister of Administration, Rafael Ruiz Cordero and of Expenses, Javier Zúñiga Rosales.
