Seminar on evaluating innovative approaches to public service delivery (2007)


The OECD and the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance organised this seminar on evaluating innovative approaches to public service delivery, on 30-31 October 2007 in Madrid. The seminar was chaired by Mr. Barry Anderson, head of the Budgeting and Public Expenditures Division, OECD. Participants included 57 delegates from member and non-member countries, international organisations, and others.
