  • People management responses to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic

Over the last few weeks, civil services have transformed – in some cases, almost overnight. Many careful and fast decisions have been taken to balance the need for business continuity and employee safety, testing
innovative and agile people management responses.

 

  • Where do we go from here? Accelerating the future of work in the public service

The Recommendation on Public Service Leadership and Capability highlights a future of work in the public service that will be more agile and flexible in order to respond to fast changing circumstances. The current crisis has brought that future forward, as public services test new ways of working, and new approaches to reallocate skills and capacity to high priority areas
