Australia - Racism. It stops with me.

“Racism. It Stops With Me” is a national campaign operated by the Australian Human Rights Commission that provides tools and resources to help people and organisations learn about racism and take action to create change. On the  resource hub on its campaign website, users can find resources and organisations that can help citizens develop their understanding of racism, and develop skills in anti-racism.

This website also hosts the Workplace Cultural Diversity Tool, a free, online, confidential self-assessment tool for organisations seeking to strengthen their approach to cultural diversity and anti-racism in the workplace. Users answer 52 questions across 10 Good Practice Areas relating to cultural diversity and anti-racism good practice.

Racism. It stops with me.

Once completed, users are provided with detailed results, indicating areas in which they have performed well, and where there is room for improvement. The Tool then provides access to a number of resources tailored to address the areas in which the user requires the most attention.
