OECD Economic Survey of Slovenia to be released Tuesday 9 April 2013


08/04/2013 - The OECD’s latest economic survey of Slovenia – to be published on Tuesday 9 April 2013 - looks at the action needed to pull the country out of recession and tackle the banking crisis. It also looks at improving public finances and strengthening growth over the long term.     

The survey will be available to journalists in English on the OECD's password-protected website at 09.30 a.m. Paris time (07.30 GMT) for immediate release.


The survey will be presented at 9.30 a.m. the same day by OECD Deputy Secretary-General Yves Leterme at a seminar– open to the press – organised by the Slovenian government at Gregorčičeva 25, Ljubljiana. Other speakers will include:  Igor Senčar, State Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Uroš Čufer, Minister of Finance; and Anja Kopač Mrak, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.
