    Le Costa Rica a récemment renforcé sa législation en matière de lutte contre la corruption d’agents publics étrangers en introduisant un régime de responsabilité pénale des personnes morales. Malgré cette avancée, des lacunes dans la définition de l’infraction de corruption transnationale et dans sa répression suscitent d’importantes préoccupations, selon un nouveau rapport publié par le Groupe de travail de l’OCDE sur la corruption.
