Lima, Peru 23-26 February 2020
With the support of the OECD, the Public Administration Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru organised a workshop on “Improving the provision of public services and administrative procedures” to support Peru’s efforts in simplifying and optimising processes and formalities facing citizens when accessing government services. Over 50 public officials and consultants from Peru attended the workshop.
The OECD has been supporting governments in Latin America for over 10 years with the implementation of regulatory improvement tools to simplify and improve formalities and thus, increase the efficiency of governments and the competitiveness of cities, regions and countries.

This workshop is part of a series of activities focussing on strengthening public governance in Peru with the financial support of the European Commission.
