  • the following jurisdictions reported not being involved in any MAP cases in 2016 or 2017: Angola, Bermuda, Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Georgia, Guernsey, Haiti, Isle of Man, Maldives, Monaco, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Senegal, Seychelles, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine and Zambia.
