Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Porto on 28-29 June 2018 to attend the Skills Summit 2018 “Skills for a Digital World”, organised by Portugal and the OECD.

The Secretary-General delivered remarks at the Opening and Closing sessions.

While in Porto, Mr. Angel Gurría held bilateral meetings with several high-level officials and representatives of social partners.
