Bulgaria has joined Costa Rica, Colombia, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco, Peru, Tunisia, as well as OECD members in having adhered to the Declaration. En 2014, les apports nets d’APD de la Belgique se sont élevés à 2.4 milliards USD (données provisoires), soit 0.45 % de son revenu national brut (RNB) et une augmentation de 3.3 % en termes réels par rapport à 2013. Il s’agit là d’un léger infléchissement de la tendance à la baisse de l’APD, qui a diminué tant en volume qu’en pourcentage du RNB depuis le pic de 0.61 % atteint en 2010.
