Visit of the Secretary-General to Washington (18th - 20th April 2013)

 

The Secretary-General of the OECD, Mr. Angel Gurría, will be in Washington to attend the International Monetary Fund / World Bank Spring Meetings, as well as the G20 meetings of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors. In the latter, he will deliver remarks on “Global Economy and Framework for Strong, Sustainable and Balanced Growth”, “Financing for investment” and “Financial Regulation and Tax transparency”. Mr. Gurría will also attend a meeting of Finance Minister of the Deauville Partnership.


During his visit to Washington, the Secretary-General will also have meetings with high level US officials and Finance Ministers and Heads of International Organisations attending the Spring Meetings.
