OECD Secretary-General in China on 4-6 November 2018

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Shanghai and Beijing, People’s Republic of China, from 4 to 6 November 2018.  In Shanghai, the Secretary-General  attended the First China International Import Expo and deliver remarks in a panel discussion on Trade and Innovation.

At the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang, the Secretary-General also attended, in Beijing, the “1 + 6” Roundtable Meeting with the heads of the IMF, World Bank, WTO, FSB and ILO.

While in the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Angel Gurría held bilateral meetings with high-level government officials.
