Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Santiago, Chile, on 14-15 October 2019 to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers meeting.

He delivered remarks at sessions on “Global and Regional Outlook” and “Boosting Integration on Financial Markets through Digital Economy”. He also held bilateral meetings with high-level authorities attending the event.
