Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Madrid on 10 March 2020 on an official visit to Spain. He held bilateral meetings with Mr. Pedro Sánchez, Prime Minister of Spain and Ms. Arancha González Laya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain.


He also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), alongside Mrs. Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of SEGIB.
