Dataset of financial literacy and inclusion in CIS countries

 

As part of the OECD-INFE Technical Assistance Project on Financial Education in the CIS (OECD CIS TA), the OECD collected micro-level data on financial literacy, financial well-being, financial resilience, and financial inclusion across the participating countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan; as well as the Russian Federation. The data was collected following the OECD methodology, described in the OECD/INFE 2018 Toolkit for Measuring Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion.

2021 CIS dataset:
- As part of Phase II of the OECD CIS TA in 2021, data was collected among adults from the following CIS countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan; as well as the Russian Federation. The dataset can be found on the OECD/ONE CIS Community Workspace.

2018 CIS dataset:
- As part of Phase I of the OECD CIS TA in 2018, data was collected among adults from the following CIS countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, and Tajikistan; as well as the Russian Federation. The dataset can be found on the OECD/ONE CIS Community Workspace.
