The OECD will launch its latest report Paris, ville de talents – Revue de l’OCDE sur la création locale d’emplois (Paris: City of Talent – OECD Local Job Creation Review) on Thursday 26 June 2025, highlighting how the French capital is addressing labour market inequalities through innovative, place-based employment and training policies.
The report finds that while Paris and its region stand out for educational attainment and economic dynamism, persistent inequalities continue to affect young people and other disadvantaged groups.
Launch event
A launch discussion will take place on Thursday 26 June at 09:30 CEST at OECD Headquarters, 2 rue André Pascal, 75016 Paris.
