Harald Wilkoszewski is an Analyst for CERI's project on Governing Complex Education Systems.
Prior to joining the OECD, Harald was Deputy Executive Secretary for Population Europe (Berlin/Germany), a network of Europe’s leading demographic research centres, from 2009 to 2011.
From 2008 to 2010, Harald worked as a Fellow for the Berlin-based cross-partisan think tank “Stiftung Neue Verantwortung“, where he lead two research teams investigating the consequences of demographic change on educational policies.
From 2003 to 2009, Harald was Research Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (Rostock/Germany). There, his research focused on demographic forecasting and the implications of population ageing on social policy reforms.
Harald holds a PhD in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an MA in Political Science, European Law, and Religious Studies from the University of Munich (LMU).
