The OECD-Asia Network on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises provides a forum to share good practices and identify common priorities for strengthening the corporate governance of SOEs in Asia.

Latin America

The Latin American Network on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises promotes an ongoing exchange of experience and knowledge on SOE governance policies, practices and reforms in Latin America, using the SOE Guidelines as a main conceptual framework.

Middle East and North Africa

The MENA-OECD Working Group on Corporate Governance provides a platform for discussing corporate governance priorities in the MENA region, sharing best practices and evaluating their implementation. Its Taskforce on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprise provides a specialised venue for in-depth research and sharing of good practices.
