16-17 December 2010, Shanghai, People's Republic of China
The 2010 OECD-Asian Roundtable on Corporate Governance was co-hosted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.
Roundtable participants discussed an updated draft of the Asian White Paper on Corporate Governance that addresses emerging challenges in the Asian corporate governance landscape. Discussions benefitted from a stocktaking report which summarises Asia’s track-record in implementing the recommendations in the Asian White Paper on Corporate Governance.
