Bribery in international business

Consultation on the challenge of multijurisdictional anti-bribery enforcement

This consultation, which was open to representatives of the private sector and civil society, focused on considerations that should be taken into account when conducting international business transactions that are subject to anti-bribery legislation in multiple jurisdictions.

Call for submissions - Consultation participants are invited to submit brief written submissions on the topic to the OECD Anti-Corruption Division ( All written submissions should include a brief description of the author’s organisation and contact information. Written submissions will only be circulated among consultation participants and will not be available for public distribution.


Registration and written submissions are requested by 10 October 2011.

Venue - The consultation will be held at the OECD Conference Centre, 2 rue André-Pascal, 75016 Paris, France. Further information about this venue, including maps, directions and hotels in the area, is available on the Conference Centre website.


Language - The official languages of the meetings are English and French. Simultaneous interpretation to and from English and French will be available.
