On 30-31 October 2017 the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) adopted a new vision
and strategic priorities. It reaffirmed its commitment to the official development
assistance (ODA) targets of 0.7% of ODA to gross national product, and 0.15-0.20%
of ODA to least developed countries. It welcomed members’ efforts to reverse the declining
trend in ODA to countries most in need, approved changes to the reporting directives
on in-donor refugee costs, and approved the Blended Finance Principles.
