ANNUAL MEETING

7-8 October 2015

Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Following previously established practice, this meeting will provide an opportunity to report on progress in implementing the EAP Task Force work programme since the last meeting held in November 2014 in Paris. This year’s meeting will focus in particular on the following elements of the EAP Task Force work programme:

• access to private finance for green investments;
• creating market incentives for greener products;
• benefits of trans-boundary cooperation on water management; and
• water supply and sanitation in small towns and rural areas.

The EAP Task Force will also provide an opportunity to discuss possible EAP Task Force contributions to the “Environment for Europe” Ministerial Conference to be held on 8-10 June 2016, Batumi, Georgia and to consider the future of the EAP Task Force.
