Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Lima on 14-15 October 2016 to open the OECD Foro Perú 2016 alongside Mr. Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, President of Peru, and to attend the APEC Finance Ministers’ Meetings.

While in Lima, the Secretary-General discussed existing collaboration with the OECD with the Peruvian authorities and presented the following reviews:

• Skills beyond School Review of Peru
   
• Multi-Dimensional Country Review of Peru Vol. 2: In-depth Analysis and Recommendations

At the APEC meetings, the Secretary-General delivered special interventions at Session 1 on the Global and Regional Economic and Financial Outlook and at Session 4 on the Implementation of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project.
