Competition Law and Policy in Latin America

The Inter-American Development Bank and the OECD have collaborated on a series of reviews of competition law and policy regimes in Latin America since 2003. Most of these reviews were performed during the meetings of the Latin American Competition Forum which are held every year in a different country in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Costa Rica_small‌Costa Rica was the 10th Latin American country to undergo a review of its competition law and policy. The review took place during the 2014 Latin American Competition Forum held on 16-17 September 2014 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Access the report
