Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in San José, Costa Rica, on 17-18 April 2018. He presented the OECD Economic Survey of Costa Rica and attended the 2nd Latin American Ministerial Summit on Productivity (read his opening remarks), where he presented specific work on how to foster productivity in the country.

 

During his visit, the Secretary-General held bilateral meetings with President Luis Guillermo Solís and President-elect Carlos Alvarado,  as well as with several high level officials and stakeholders.
