As part of its broad package of instruments on international investment, the OECD has developed a code of conduct for international business. The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises cover all areas of business ethics, including transparency and the fight against corruption. The countries that are home to most multinational enterprises – and the source of most international trade and investment – adhere to the Guidelines. Observance of the Guidelines is voluntary for companies. |
