The first meeting of the Latin American Network on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises focused on overall frameworks and priorities for SOE governance reforms in the region, challenges for improving SOE boards, and case studies of governance reforms in some of Latin America’s largest SOEs from Brazil, Chile and Colombia.
