18-19 November 2014- Bogota, Colombia

The Latin American Roundtable on Corporate Governance met in Bogota, Colombia on 18-19 November 2014, bringing together policymakers, regulators, stock exchanges, corporate governance institutes and private sector stakeholders from 18 countries to strengthen equity markets through improved corporate governance policies and practices in the region. 

 

The meeting was co-hosted by the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia and the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, with funding support from the Spanish securities regulator, Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores.
