The 2013 Roundtable meeting focused on issues related to implementation, monitoring and enforcement of the new Russian Corporate Governance Code. Discussions included:

• challenges in compliance, monitoring and enforcement of Codes (international experience)
• recommendations for effective implementation and enforcement of the new Russian Code
• interaction between the new Code and the new listing requirements

High-level Russian and international stakeholders attended, including public authorities, investors, issuer companies, stock exchanges, among others.
