eChemPortal: Global Portal to Information on Chemical Substances

What's new

The OECD is pleased to announce the release of eChemPortal version 3.7 on 24 June 2021. This version includes a new URL query string parameter to allow a substance search on data sources which contain a specific type of information (Property, Exposure and use, or GHS classifications), and alignment with updated elements of the OECD Harmonised Template (OHT) 2019/2020 and the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) Rev.8 (2019). In 2020 with eChemPortal version 3.0 was released with a modernisation of the user interface architecture, a refreshed design, improved navigation and the alignment of eChemPortal to OECD Harmonised Template (OHT) 2018.

Free webinars and training events will be organised upon request to echemportal@oecd.org.
