TheMexico City International Airport is situated 15.2 km away from the Conference venue. Transportation from the airport will be available for Delegates. A pool of SUVs can be made available to Ministers and Heads of Delegation during the Conference.
A Cocktail will take place on 21 February 2018 at 19:00.
Lunch will be provided on 22-23 February 2018.
A Gala Dinner will take place on 22 February 2018 from 19:00-21:00 at the Museo de la Bola.
Access to the meeting rooms will be restricted. Special badges will be issued to participants indicating clearly their name, country and category. A special additional identifier will be given to Ministers and Heads of Delegations.
