Gran realismo sí, pero ambición todavía mayor, incluyendo la remoción de los obstáculos al crecimiento. La agenda del cambio no puede achicarse ante las restricciones de la realidad de hoy. Hay que ir más allá y considerar como eliminar esas restricciones.
