Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered a speech in the opening plenary “Designing 2030: Truth, Trust and Transparency” of the 19th International Anti-Corruption Conference, on 1 December 2020. The (virtual) event was co-hosted by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission of Korea and Transparency International.

The Secretary-General spoke along with António Guetteres (by video), Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director, International Monetary Fund, Masatsugu Asakawa, President, The Asian Development Bank, Mari Elka Pangestu, Managing Director, Development Policy & Partnerships, World Bank and Børge Brende, President, World Economic Forum.

Rueben Lifuka, Vice Chair, Transparency International, moderated the session.
